Dr. Marcus is a highly regarded internal medicine physician at True Care Clinic. He completed his residency in internal medicine in 2014 at Montefiore Medical Center’s Wakefield campus, affiliated with Albert Einstein Medical School in the Bronx, New York. During his residency, Dr. Marcus gained extensive experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of medical conditions, honing his skills in patient care and medical treatment.

After completing his residency, Dr. Marcus relocated to Pasco County, Florida, Where he started working at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital. Since 2014, he has been serving the community with dedication and excellence, providing comprehensive medical care to his patients. Dr. Marcus is known for his compassionate approach, taking the time to understand each patient’s unique health concerns and developing personalized treatment plans to address their needs.

I was ecstatic upon finding out that Dr. Marcus has his own practice. Dr. Marcus was my doctor while I was hospitalized about 8/9 years ago. He left such a lasting impression upon me. My husband had a very extended stay at NorthBay hospital and received life- saving care from all those involved with his treatment. One doctor stood out in regards to both his medical expertise but also (and sometimes just as important) his “people skills”, and that person was Dr Marcus. He followed my husband from floor to floor since he was continually being moved due his ever- changing needs- post surgical, ICU etc. We were disappointed when we realized that after 7 days another hospitalist or internist takes over your care. After having Dr Marcus, you become spoiled by the special way he treats you, as though he has known you all your life. During my husbands stay, it came to our attention that we would be able to continue our medical relationship with the doctor in his own practice. My first appointment was yesterday and I am so pleased and thankful that I found Dr Marcus, although initially not under the best of circumstances. It has been many years since I have had confidence, respect and admiration for my medical provider. Thank you NorthBay hospital for bringing this physician into our lives.

The entire experience from the moment we walked in was fantastic. We were greeted by Rose the receptionist. She was friendly and efficient. All pertinent information was taken in a timely manner. Weight time was no more than 5 minutes.
Dr. Marcus was not only personable but very knowledgeable. He took time to explain the different medications and their important instructions. He took time to answer any questions and concerns we had. It made it much easier to make an educated decision on what medication would be best for my husband.
